How to order THCA flower online: the order flow, step by step
The exact order flow in this store: what you fill in, when and how payment is arranged, how the order reaches you, what comes with it, and what changes on Dec. 11, 2026.

Updated Oct. 21, 2026. To order THCA flower online from this store, add an ounce, a quarter pound, a half pound or a pound to the cart and send an Order Request with your phone number and Payment Preference. Nothing is charged online. An Operator calls to confirm stock, then agrees payment and delivery with you before anything ships. Shipping is free.

How do you order THCA flower online here?

An Order Request is not a sale. It becomes one only when you and the Operator confirm the lines, price, delivery and payment on the call. Until then nothing is reserved and either side can walk away (Terms).

The checkout shows the subtotal and the Total due before you send. There is no card form on the page.
When and how do you pay?
After the call, never on the site.
- At checkout you choose a Payment Preference. It is a label for the Operator, not a charge, and it can change on the call.
- On the call the Operator agrees the actual method and amount with you. The price on your order sheet holds until then.
- Before delivery you pay as agreed. A shipped order is paid in advance; where a Local Representative hands the order over, payment is settled as agreed on the call.
One rule protects you: an Operator calls only about an Order Request you sent. If someone claims to be THCA Pro and asks for payment before confirming your order line by line, hang up and write to the store from the Contact page.
What happens after you send the Order Request?
- The confirmation page shows “Order Request” with its number, the lines, the total and your Payment Preference, and says $0 has been charged so far.
- The confirmation email goes to the address you entered, repeats the order and says nothing was charged. Reply to it to change anything before the call.
- The call. Order Requests are worked in the order they arrive, and the Operator calls the number you entered. If a lot cannot fill the full weight, the Operator says so and offers what can be filled.
- Written questions to the store get an answer within one working day.
How does the order reach you, and what does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on every order, whatever the size. It is not added at checkout or on the call.
How the order reaches you is called the Fulfillment Arrangement and is set on the call: a shipment paid in advance, or in some cities a hand-over by a Local Representative. Carrier, packaging and timing are confirmed there too, before you pay. We accept Order Requests from every US address. You are responsible for the products being lawful where you take delivery, and the person who receives the order must be 21 or older (21+ policy). Details are on Ordering and delivery.
What do you get with the order?
- The lots and weights you confirmed, each as an ounce (28.35 g), quarter pound (113.4 g), half pound (226.8 g) or pound (453.6 g) of hemp THCA flower.
- The COA on request, by email. Every product page prints a reference that starts with L-. Write to the store with it, or ask on the call, and the lab report for that lot is emailed to you. - A weight you can check. Weigh each bag out of its packaging on arrival; the routine is in Is my pound short?
All sales are final: the store does not accept returns. Ask anything about a lot on the call, before you confirm. If a delivery arrives wrong or damaged, contact the store first; the remedy is agreed with the Operator.
What is the smallest order, and do you save on more?
The smallest order is one ounce. Every lot is sold in four sizes today: the ounce (OZ), the quarter pound (QP), the half pound (HP) and the pound (LB). A half pound costs about 55% of the same lot’s pound price and the smaller sizes cost more per gram again, so the pound is the lower price per gram.
There are no volume tiers: five pounds of one lot cost five times its pound price. Orders of 5 lb or more run as an ordinary Order Request (Large orders). With an account, a delivered order earns 5% of the cash you paid back as Pro Credit, up to a set amount per order, to spend on a later order within 60 days.
What happens after December 11, 2026?
From Dec. 11, 2026 the federal hemp definition counts THCA: hemp must have “a total tetrahydrocannabinols concentration (including tetrahydrocannabinolic acid) of not more than 0.3 percent on a dry weight basis” (P.L. 119-37, div. B, sec. 781). For THCA flower, P.L. 119-103, div. B, sec. 2019 holds that change back until December 11, 2026. Typical high-THCA flower does not meet the new test.
For an order, that means:
- At the Compliance Cutover this store stops selling lots that do not meet the new definition, and unconfirmed Order Requests for them are cancelled.
- Leave time for the call, payment and delivery. A request that is still unconfirmed on the date is not filled.
- Buy what you will use before the date. State rules differ and some change earlier; sizing an order is in Buying THCA in bulk before December 11.
- After the date the store moves its catalog to compliant products.
