Ordering and delivery at THCA Pro

The order cycle

1. Build the sheet. Add Batches to the cart in half pounds (HP) or pounds (LB). Mix grades freely.
2. Send an Order Request. Name, phone, email, delivery address and your Payment Preference. No card form, no charge.
3. Operator call. We confirm each line against live Batch stock, agree the delivery and the payment, and answer anything on the COA.
4. Confirmation. Stock is reserved only at this step. Prices on the sheet hold until the call.
5. Delivery. The order leaves with the COA for every Batch in it.

Payment

Payment Preference is a label, not a charge: cash, Zelle, Cash App, Venmo, card or other. The Operator agrees the actual method with you on the call, and it can change there.

Delivery

We accept Order Requests from every US address; the software blocks no state or ZIP code. How the order reaches you (a shipment paid in advance, or a hand-over by a Local Representative in some cities) is the Fulfillment Arrangement, set on the call. Carrier, packaging and timing are confirmed there too, before you pay.

Large orders

Five pounds or more? Put the pounds on the sheet in LB and send the Order Request like any other. The Operator confirms Batch stock and the delivery for the full weight on the call. There is no separate form and no account to open.
