Terms of sale

1. Who may buy

Adults 21 and older only, buying for their own use. There are no accounts to open.

2. An Order Request is not a sale

Sending an Order Request commits neither side. A sale exists only once an Operator has confirmed the lines, price, delivery and payment with you by phone. Until then stock is not reserved and we may decline.

3. Prices

Shop prices are in US dollars and can change until your order is confirmed. Every buyer pays the same listed price per Weight Option; orders of 5 LB or more are confirmed by the Operator on the call like any other.

4. Product

Each Batch is described by its COA. Flower is a natural product: weight is sold as stated, appearance varies within a Batch.

5. Your responsibility

You confirm the products are lawful where you take delivery and that you are buying them for your own use.

6. Problems with an order

Call us before you do anything else. Remedies for a wrong or damaged delivery are agreed with the Operator.

7. Compliance Cutover

When the federal total-THC rule takes effect (currently December 11, 2026), non-compliant Batches stop being sold and unconfirmed Order Requests for them are cancelled.
