Privacy at THCA Pro

What we record

• Order Requests: name, phone, email, delivery address, Payment Preference, the lines you ordered and the Operator’s call notes.
• Site data: a cookie that remembers you confirmed you are 21+, a cart cookie, and, if enabled on this Storefront, Google Analytics usage statistics.

Why

To call you back, fulfill the order, keep tax records, and recognize repeat buyers so an Operator does not ask you twice.

Who else sees it

The carrier or Local Representative gets what they need to deliver. Trustpilot gets your name and email when your order is Delivered so it can send the Review Invitation. Our email provider sends the confirmation. Nobody buys or rents the list.

Your choices

Email us to see, correct or delete what we hold. We delete what the law lets us delete and tell you what we must keep for records.
