21+ sales policy

THCA Pro sells only to adults aged 21 or older, whatever the size of the order.

On the site

The first page you open asks you to confirm you are 21+. Confirming is your statement of age. The answer is kept in a cookie for 30 days on this device; clear your cookies and you will be asked again. Answer no and the site stays closed.

On the order

The checkout form asks you to confirm your age a second time. Operators may ask for ID or a signature before the order is handed over, and will cancel any order where the buyer appears to be under 21.

Large orders

The same rule applies to an order of 5 pounds or more: the buyer and anyone who receives the delivery must be 21+.

Parents and guardians

If you believe someone under 21 has sent us an Order Request, email us with the order number and we will cancel it.
