Response times
Calls are answered during store hours. New Order Requests are worked in the order they arrive; an Operator calls the number you entered at checkout. Email sent outside store hours is answered the next working day.

We call you from the number listed on this site. If someone claims to be THCA Pro from another number, or asks for payment before confirming your order line by line, hang up and call the listed number.
